Lincoln County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on April 27: 

• Teawanna L. Reynolds, 27, 107 Ready Mix St., Stanford: flagrant non-support, $8,697.32. Bail was set at $8,500 cash or property. Lincoln County Attorney’s Office testified.

• Larry K. Wade, 35: flagrant non-support, $13,172.58. Bail was set at $13,000 cash or property. Lincoln County Attorney’s Office testified.

• Anthony Mullins, 49, 158 Sandige Rd., Eubank: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking, less than $500; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Rob Oney testified.

• Jordan Shane Williams, 26, 1697 Cave Hill Rd., Eubank: first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree criminal mischief; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; failure to maintain insurance. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Adams testified.

• Johnathon M. Walker, 27, 51 Bluegrass Homes St., Richmond: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or property. Lincoln County Circuit Clerk testified.

The following people were indicted on information April 27: 

• Derick Stevens, 28, 377 Goshen Cutoff, Stanford: theft by unlawful taking or disposition (farm equipment), $500 or more but less than $10,000.

• Tommy Wayne Reynolds, Jr., 38, 1417 Manor Blvd., Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Robert M. Montgomery, 34, 635 Carrigan Dr., Danville: third-degree burglary.

• Michael O. Hampton, 42, 2010 Ellison Pulaski Rd., Eubank: theft by unlawful taking or disposition, over $500 but less than $10,000.

• Robert Griffin, 31, 207 Helm Street, Stanford: theft by unlawful taking, over $500 but less than $10,000.

The following people were directly indicted or sentenced on April 13: 
• Hershel Carpenter: first-degree possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to one year imprisonment on April 13.

• Richard C. Haight, 31: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin); first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree fleeing or evading police; driving under the influence of drugs.

• Robert Watkins, 52: operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence. Pretrial diversion granted.

• Billy J. McMillion, Jr., 36: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
