Elaine (Wilburn) McKinney, 60, of Crab Orchard, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Rockcastle County Hospital in Mount Vernon.

Elaine was born on April 15, 1957, a daughter of the late Jimmy and Betty Jane (Shelton) Wilburn. She had formerly worked for Whirlpool and Matsushita in Danville and also for Rock Ten in Nicholasville. Elaine was a member of Creekside Baptist Church. Her kind and beautiful soul touched many lives, and she loved her grandbabies more than they will ever know. She had a heart of gold and was an Angel here on earth.

She left behind many that loved her dearly including her son, Jimmy Kidwell and his companion Shauna Baker of Berea; daughter, Monica and husband Carl Randolph of Crab Orchard; brother, Danny Wilburn and wife Debbie of Crab Orchard; eight grandchildren, Logan, Kaden, Parker, Blaine, Carly, Blake, Payton and Hayden; two special grandchildren, Koda and Ryder; and one great grandson, Silas.

Funeral services were, Tuesday, Feb. 27 at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lester Tirey officiating. Burial was in the Crab Orchard Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Ed Shelton, Joey Shelton, Dave Shelton, Travis Griffin, Glenn Burge, Luke Burge and Jerrad Denham. Honorary pallbearers were her grandsons, Logan, Kaden, Parker and Blaine.
