Kenneth Dale Tschanz, 64, of Crab Orchard, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford.

Kenneth was born in Stanford, on June 9, 1953, a son of the late John Godfrey and Ruby Florence (Plummer) Tschanz. He was a graduate of Crab Orchard High School and attended Centre College and the University of South Carolina. Kenneth had worked as a farmer.

Survivors include his brother, John Tschanz and wife, Melanie of Salvisa; nephew, Ben Tschanz and wife, Caitlin of Georgetown; nephew, Drew Tschanz of Salvisa; and several cousins also survive.

Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 27, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel in Crab Orchard with Matthew Robbins officiating. Burial was in the Old Reform Cemetery in Otteinheim.

Active pallbearers were Ben and Drew Tschanz, Morris and William Tucker, and Keith Wilhelmi and Lonnie Dowell.
