OCTOBER 26

NOVEMBER 9

Deanna Michelle Beldon, expired registration plates – merged, license to be in possession – merged; failure to produce insurance card – merged; operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08. Plea of guilty. $350 fine, $375 fee, counseling, 12 months suspension of licenses and plates, 14 days, credit for one day.

Amy Lee Black, failure of  non-owner operator to maintain insurance. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.

Caleb C. Dillingham, first-degree disorderly conduct amended to second-degree, resisting arrest, failure to wear seat belts, giving officer false identifying information, failure to or improper signal, operating on suspended operator’s license. Plea of guilty to disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and giving false information. $100 fine; $100 fine; and 30 days probated one year with no offenses, respectively. Remaining charges dismissed.

Zachary Wade Griffin, second degree criminal mischief. Plea of guilty. Six months probated two year with no offenses and no contact with complaining witness.

Stephen Thomas Grubbs, operate motor vehicle under influence third offense, possession drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Plea of guilty to operate motor vehicle under influence charge. $500 fine, $375 fee, costs, counseling, 24 months suspension of license and plates, 30 days jail. Remaining charges dismissed with leave.
