STANFORD – The third week of the open filing period for the 2018 election added three more Lincoln County incumbents to the list of candidates.

As of Wednesday, the most recent candidates to file included:

• Johnnie Padgett, incumbent, Democrat, Magistrate District 3;

• Eddie “Popcorn” Brown, incumbent, Democrat, Constable District 4;

• Jesse Harris, incumbent, Republican, Constable District 2.
