AUGUST 31

Keisha Hafley, third-degree terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury. 90 days probated two years.

David Ashley Price, leave accident/failure to render aid/assistance, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and first-degree wanton endangerment. Waived to grand jury.

Clarisa A. Ison, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting less than $500. $100 fine, costs, 40 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated two years.

Michael J. Nevius, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). $100 fine.

Laurie Lee Patterson, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting less than $500. 40 days jail, 10 days to serve, balance probated two years.

Marilyn Dowell, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 first offense. $200 fine, $375 service fee, 30 days license suspension.

Jessica Ann Lones, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting less than $500. 40 days, to serve 10 days, credit for one day.

Jessie D. Stull, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 first offense, failure to wear seat belts – merged, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle – merged and obstructed vision and/or windshield – merged. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, 30 days license suspension and $1,000 fine, $900 suspended and costs.

Jordan Asberry, theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000 amended to theft by unlawful taking. 12 months probated two years with no offenses and no contact with complaining witness.

Jennifer Burnett, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree terroristic threatening – merged, two counts third-degree assault police/probation officer amended to attempted, two counts resisting arrest – – merged, second-degree disorderly conduct – merged, and alcohol intoxication in a public place – merged. 90 days probated two years; and 12 months probated two years.

Danny Chase Peel, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting less than $500. Plea of guilty. 40 days, 10 days to serve (credit) balance probated two years.
