Children in Crab Orchard Elementary preschool classrooms enjoyed a recent visit from Mr. Dustin and Mr. Billy, volunteers for the Crab Orchard Fire Department.

The firemen reviewed fire safety tips and emphasized the importance of not being afraid of firemen if they appeared wearing their fire turn-out. Each child received a fireman’s hat, badge, pencil, and a coloring page featuring fire safety tips.  Pictured are children from Ms. Andrea and Ms. Janie’s class.
