SPD sergeant graduates from Academy of Police Supervision

NEWS RELEASE 

RICHMOND – The City of Stanford and Stanford Police Department would like to congratulate Sergeant Jeremy Garrison upon successful completion and graduation of the Academy of Police Supervision at the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond. 

APS commonly referred to as “Sergeants Academy” is an advanced, three week, 122 hour course in DOCJT’s Leadership Development Section.

Sergeant Garrison began his law enforcement career nearly 12 years ago at the Lincoln County Regional Jail before joining the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and graduating DOCJT Basic Training in 2007.

Sgt. Garrison has served with the Stanford Police Department for last five years and was promoted to the agency’s Sergeant position in March 2016.
