JUNE 8

Gracie Shantel, hindering prosecution or apprehension 2nd degree. Plea of guilty. Time served.

George Sizemore, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Plea of guilty. $25 fine.

Robert Casey Smith, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Continued to 1-18-18. To dismiss if no problems.

Anthony Terry, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Continued to 12-7-17. To dismiss if no problems.

Jennifer Tully, theft by unlawful taking or disp all others under $500. 40 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated 2 years with no offenses.

Steven D. Vanhook, assault 4th degree domestic violence no visible injury and possession of marijuana. Dismissed with leave.

Michael W. Weaver, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. 40 days, to serve 10 days (7 days credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP).

Rebecca Wilmot, criminal possession of forged instrument 3rd degree. Continued to 9-28.

Danny Yocum, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Continued to 12-7. To dismiss if no problems.

Justin Young, Jr., failure to produce insurance card amended to no insurance 1st. $1,000 fine, $900 probated.

Zachary T. Alcorn, criminal trespassing 3rd degree, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs; 60 days probated 2 years with no offenses and forfeiture of .380 pistol; and 60 days probated 2 years with no offenses, respectively.

William Brock, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, counseling and 30 days license suspension.

William Brock, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot). Plea of guilty. 37 days jail, 7 das to serve (with credit) balance probated 2 years with no offenses.

JUNE 12

Joyce A. Adams, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, 40 days, to serve 10 days (credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP).

James Marcellus Alcorn, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, possessing license when privileges are revoked/suspended, failure to surrender revoked operator’s license and failure to notify address change to department of Transportation. Plea of guilty. $50 fine, 90 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP); $100 fine, 90 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP); $100 fine, 90 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP) and $25 fine, respectively.

Sarah E. Burchett, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs.

Seth A. Buschur, failure to wear seat belts and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Plea of not guilty. Pretrial conference 11-2.

Timmy Allen Callahan, criminal mischief 3rd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Eric Wayne Carpenter, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol less than 21 years of age. Plea of guilty. $250 fine, costs, and 30 days license suspension and ADE classes.

Theresa D. Carr, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Failed to appear. Dismissed without prejudice. Refer to county attorney.

Darrius Raymar Chandler, speeding 22 mph over limit and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession. Plea of guilty. $44 fine and costs; and $25 fine, respectively.

Michael A. Coleman, failure to or improper signal – merged, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, improper display of registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st.  Plea of guilty to failure to wear seat belts charge. $25 fine. Remaining charges dismissed.

Richard Crawley, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.

Kohdy Cunningham, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine.

Lawrence K. Green, speeding 5 mph over limit, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Dismissed.

William E. Green, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $250 fine, 40 days, to serve 10 days (credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.
