MAY 15

Haskell S. Varney, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 suspended, costs and 10 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Christoper D. West, no/expired registration plates and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.

Mary Josephine Whitaker, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and improper display of registration plates. Dismissed on proof.

Travis Cornett, Jr., giving officer false name or address, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess and 1st degree possession of controlled substance/drug unspecified 1st offense. Discharged.

Cheryl C. Adams, possession of marijuana. Plea of not guilty, Continued to 12-14.

MAY 18

David L. Baker, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense, reckless driving and fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (motor vehicle). Plea of guilty to reckless driving. $100 fine, costs and 18 days license suspension (credit). Remaining charges dismissed.

Jadon Brock, improper start from parked position. Proof filed.

Robert Brummett, Jr., failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Dismissed with leave and no contact with complaining witness.

Timothy Scott Childress, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Austin Cox, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Plea on 7-20.

David Cox, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Status hearing for dismissal 11-30 and follow EPO/DVO.

Eliza Foley, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs.

Richard Herring, careless driving, no rear view mirror and license to be in possession. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Keyashae Hocker, harassment (physical contact) no injury. Status hearing for dismissal 11-30 and no contact with complaining family.

Jeffery Gene Edgington, reckless driving, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license and improper display of registration plates. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs; 30 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses (KAP) and costs; and $25 fine, respectively.

Robert Griffin, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot) – merged and resisting arrest.  Plea of guilty. $100 fine and 90 days probated 1 year on condition of no further offenses.

Michael W. Weaver, theft by unlawful taking/disp all others and resisting arrest. Plea of guilty. 40 days, to serve 10 days (credit) balance probated 1 year on condition of no further offenses; and $100 fine, respectively.

Aaron William Ashby, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st and no/expired registration. Dismissed on proof.

Herbert L. Atwood, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Dismissed.

Christina N. Bell, all other traffic offenses not listed and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Dismissed on proof.

Peggy Lear Buford, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Dismissed with leave on roof.

Cammie Calder, unlawful transaction with minor 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.

Kohdy Cunningham, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
