Jessica Lones, two counts of unlawful transaction with minor 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.
Michael Roger Lones, two counts of unlawful transaction with minor 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.
Christopher S. May, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (motor vehicle), wanton endangerment 2nd degree, speeding 26 mph over/greater, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot) and reckless driving. Continued to 7-6.
Jeremy T. Miracle, speeding 15 mph over limit. Standard fine and costs.
Richard Montgomery, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, .08 1st offense. Continued to 7-6.
Jennifer Leigh Owens, no/expired registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Brian Pendery, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense, drug paraphernalia  – buy/possess, possession of synthetic drugs – Class B misdemeanor and obstructing a highway. Continued to 7-6.
Michelle J. Saylor, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 40 days, 10 days to serve, balance probated 1 year.
Michelle Jean Saylor, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.
Deedra Shipp, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Plea of guilty. $100 fine.
Jordan D. Shoemaker, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Continued to 7-6.

Jessie D Stull, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Plea of guilty. 60 days probated 1 year with conditions and follow DVO.
Jeffery A. Walls, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 2nd or greater and license to be in possession. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Michael W. Weaver, theft by unlawful taking/disp all others and resisting arrest. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Frankie Wilburn, one headlight, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08 3rd offense and failure to or improper signal. Pretrial conference 8-17.
 Christopher E. Woodall, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury and violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Plea of guilty. 10 days to serve; and 10 days to serve, concurrent.

Zachary Alcorn, criminal trespassing 3rd degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs; and $25 fine, respectively.
Gwynne Baker, no/expired registration plates. Dismissed on proof.
James Dale Brock, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Bennie L. Bullock, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear.  Notify Department of Transportation.
Autumn M. Clark, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol) amended to alcohol intoxication 1st and disorderly conduct 2nd degree. Plea of guilty. $25 fine; and $100 fine, 10 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses, respectively.
Jonathon Coleman, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 suspended and costs.
Mehgan Keith Cross, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Dakota T. Dearing, person <18 possess/purchase/attempt purchase/have another purchase alcohol. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs and 16 hours community service.
Christopher Halcomb, assault 4th degree minor injury. Plea of guilty. $250 fine and 120 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.
Hollie Nicole Hall, careless driving, driving too fast for traffic conditions and failure to use child restraint device in vehicle. Failure to use child restraint device charge was dismissed. Diversion applied to remaining charges.
Garrett L. Hicks, no/expired registration plates. Plea of not guilty. Pretrial conference 6-29.
Derek M. Jones, failure to wear seat belts, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and license to be in possession. Plea of guilty to failure to wear seat belts charge. Fine paid. Remaining charges dismissed.
