APRIL 24    
Tina N. Burkhead, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs.
Mary Crandall, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, costs and 40 days, 10 days to serve (credit), balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.
James Marcellus Alcorn, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt – merged, no/expired registration plates – merged, failure to produce insurance card amended to no insurance 1st, failure to wear seat belts, improper registration plate – merged and improper display of registration plates – merged. Plea of guilty. $1,000, fine, $900 probated and costs; and $25 fine, respectively.
Tyler Ammons, speeding 12 mph over limit and no insurance 1st offense. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.
Lee Ann Brock, speeding 20 mph over limit and no/expired registration plates. Plea of guilty to speeding charge. To attend STS. Remaining charge dismissed.
Michael Coleman, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Dismissed.
Anthony Daniels, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st, improper registration plate, and improper display of registration plates. Dismissed on proof.
Andrew Allen Dean, speeding 26 mph over/greater and inadequate silencer (muffler). Diversion on speeding charge. Remaining  charge dismissed.
Linda C. Durham, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt – merged, no/expired registration plates – merged, improper registration plate – merged, improper display of registration plates – merged and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.
Rebecca D. Durham, speeding 16 mph over limit and reckless driving. Plea of not guilty. Pretrial conference 6-22.
Gary Elliott, local county ordinance. Dismissed on proof.
Hunter D. Gunkel, alcohol intoxication in a public place. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs.

Jessica M. Loveless, theft by unlawful taking or disp all others under $500. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Dustin Lowry, harassment (physical contact) no injury. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Dwight Anthony Nickell, theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.
Carolyn D. Riddell, resident fishing without a license/permit. Dismissed on proof.
Humburto Sanchez, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Plea of not guilty. Pretrial conference 7-20.
Justin Sowers, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine probated on condition no contact with Walmart.
Patricia J. Wilder, failure to wear seat belts. Dismissed on proof.

Brandon Zabala, receiving stolen property $10,000 or more amended to unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Plea of guilty. 90 days probated 2 years with no offenses (with credit).
Sarah Merideth, theft by deception include cold checks under $500 Plea of guilty. Standard fine and costs and restitution of $63.35.
Montana Velasquez, speeding 23 mph over limit. Plea of not guilty. Refer to county attorney.
APRIL 27
Dustin Adams, unlawful transaction with minor. Dismissed with leave.
Lisa Adams, unlawful transaction with minor. Dismissed with leave.
Bobby Lee Benedict, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs w/.08 aggravator 1st and no operator’s//moped license – merged. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, counseling, 30 days license suspension and 4 days (1 day credit).
Eric James Board, theft by unlawful taking or disp all others under $500. Continued to 7-10.
Christopher Joel Brown, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense amended to reckless driving, disorderly conduct 2nd degree and terroristic threatening 3rd degree – merged. Plea of guilty. $200 fine and costs; and $100 fine, respectively.
Tina A. Brummett, speeding 15 mph over limit and failure to produce insurance card. Dismissed with leave.
Ronald E. Caudill, Jr., theft by unlawful taking or disp shoplifting under $500 and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt – merged. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, 40 days, 10 days to serve (with credit) balance probated 2 years with no offenses.
Ronnie Caudill, unlawful transaction with minor 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.

Cary Henry, alcohol intoxication in a public place, fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot), disorderly conduct 2nd degree – merged and resisting arrest. Plea of of guilty. 30 days to serve (with credit); and 30 days (with credit) concurrent.
Terry Dean Leach, theft of services. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 40 days, to serve 10 days, balance probated 1 year.
