Johnathon Felix Crowe, assault 4th degree minor injury. Dismissed without prejudice.

Bobby Jo Dykes, contempt of court. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 10 days to serve.

Patrick Garr, terroristic threatening 3rd degree. Dismissed without prejudice.

Alma L. Henson, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense, no motorcycle operator’s license amended to no operator’s license in possession and wanton endangerment 2nd degree. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, counseling, 30 days license suspension and 4 days to serve; $25 fine; and $100 fine, 180 days, to serve 4 days (credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses, respectively.

Darryl R. Jennings, speeding 15 mph over limit and operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Julie M. Powell, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine.

Jennifer Rowland, assault 4th degree no visible injury. Pretrial conference 9-7.

Heaven Tindle, theft by unlawful taking or disp all others under $500. Review 10-5.

April York, assault 4th degree domestic violence no visible injury.  Dismissed without prejudice.

Campbell P. Daniels, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, counseling, 30 days license suspension and 30 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Christian . Robinette, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 90 days, 10 days to serve (credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.

Gregory J. Turpin, leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, no/expired registration plates and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st. Plea of guilty. 120 days to serve; 30 days to serve; $25 fine (convert fines to 1 additional day); $25 fine; and 30 days to serve, respectively, all concurrent.

Sandra Miles, theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000 amended to theft by unlawful taking (M). Plea of guilty. 6 months probated 1 year with no offenses.
