UC awards degrees to 927

WILLIAMSBURG – On Saturday, May 6, University of the Cumberlands (UC) conferred 927 degrees during the annual commencement ceremonies.
“We are proud of our institution and of our graduating seniors,” said Dr. Larry Cockrum, UC President. “Today, the University family pauses to recognize you and the significance of this milestone in your life and the life of the University.”
Among the graduates were the following local individuals:
•Jeremiah Brown of Crab Orchard, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree
•Jonathan Cook of Stanford, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree
•Steven Cook of Hustonville, who earned a Master of Business Administration degree
•Zachery Cope of Hustonville, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree
•Pamela Gooch of Stanford, who earned a Master of Arts in Education degree
•Kristopher Grasham of Stanford, who earned a Education Specialist degree
•Roxanne Mullins of Crab Orchard, who earned a Master of Arts in Teaching degree
•Samantha Erin Payne of Crab Orchard, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree
•Tyler Stidham-Padgett of Waynesburg,  who earned a Bachelor of Science degree
