Jeremy L. Cook, traffic in controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (>=2 gms methamphetamine) amended to attempted. Plea of guilty. 12 months probated 2 years with no offenses.

Mitchell O. Copas, theft by deception include cold checks under $10,000 amended to theft by unlawful taking. Plea of guilty. 90 days probated 2 years with no offenses, restitution $2,770.

Coulter, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st offense, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st, 1st degree possession of controlled substance/drug unspecified 1st offense and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
