FEBRUARY 27
Nikki Fairchild, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st. Plea of guilty. $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.
Michael L. Fritts, leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance amended to failure to file accident report, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st and license to be in possession – merged. Plea of guilty. $100 fine and costs; and $1,000 fine, $900 probated, respectively.
Anthony Russell, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $50 fine and costs.
Larry A. Delaney, criminal trespassing 3rd degree. Dismissed with leave.

MARCH 1
Ethan B. Russell, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. .08 1st off amended to under 21 DUI. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, costs and 30 days license suspension.
James R. Followell, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, .08 2nd offense amended to alcohol intoxication 1st, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 1st and improper display of registration plates. Plea of guilty to alcohol intoxication and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security charges. $100 fine and costs; and $1,000 fine, $900 probated, respectively. Remaining charges dismissed.

Daniel S. Adams, driving on DUI suspended license 1st offense amended to 186.620. Plea of guilty. $100 fine.
Christina Bell, disorderly conduct 2nd degree and resisting arrest. Dismissed with prejudice.
Conner Howard, criminal mischief 3rd degree. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Eric Taylor, public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Plea of guilty. 5 days to serve.
