The South Lincoln County Family Resource Center collaborated with the Southern Kentucky Area Health Education Center to bring Taylor Readnower and Scrubby Bear to visit the students of Highland and Waynesburg Elementary schools. Preschoolers through second graders learned about the importance of proper hand washing to help keep from spreading germs.  Students also learned that coughing and sneezing into their elbows also helps to keep from spreading germs and to help keep others from getting sick.  Before the students returned to class, they had the chance to dance with Scrubby Bear.
