Paul David Brumett, 61, Waynesburg, passed away January 31, 2017 at home.
He was born December 11, 1955, in Hamilton, Ohio, a son of the late Ernie Paul and Elizabeth Burdetta Owens Brumett. Paul was a member of Grace Fellowship Church and found great joy in hunting, old cars and basketball; he had coached little league for six years.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa Brumett of Waynesburg; children, David Ross Brumett and Phillip Todd Brumett of Waynesburg; grandchildren, Nathaniel David, Mary Elizabeth, Natalie Grace, Natasha Brooke, Kayla Renne Brumett, Matthew Peyton Brumett Pleasants and Eli Daniel Brumett Pleasants; brothers, Mark A. (Lori) Brumett of Waynesburg and Richard Brumett of Waynesburg; sisters, Beverly Ann Brumett (Frank) Ketron of Melbourne and Cathy E. (George) Pleasants of Stanford, Ky.
He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Wade Brumett.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, February 3, at Grace Fellowship Church with Bro. Vola Brown officiating. Burial was in the Piney Grove Cemetery, Brodhead.
Active pallbearers were Johnny Adkins, Wayne Young, Bobby Hatfield, Raymond Schuler, Eddie Roberts and Dale Cox.
Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead was in charge.
