LINCOLN COUNTY 7th- and 10th-grade students participated in the Operation Unite On the Move Program held recently at LCHS. This one-of-a-kind classroom program is designed to educate students about drugs and their effects. The students rotated between the classroom and four stations that were set up in the LCHS gymnasium. The stations included a Simulated Impaired Driving Experience, a Fatal Vision Tri-cycle Course, The Choice is Yours – a small group discussion about making the right decisions, and a Fatal Vision Marijuana Simulation Experience. This program was provided free by the Operation Unite’s “On the Move!” drug education and prevention initiative and the Lincoln County Youth Service Center.
