The 2016 portion of the Lincoln County Middle School boys’ 2016-17 season came to a successful close as the Eagles swept hosts Garrard County and Anderson County.
The sixth-grade Eagles followed a 49-19 rout of Anderson with a 44-38 win over Garrard to improve to 21-2. The seventh-grade team moved to 20-2 with a 55-23 romp of Garrard and a 39-26 win over Anderson. And the eighth-grade Eagles are now 18-4 following a 45-18 steamrolling of Garrard and a 39-34 win at Anderson.
