There are few things more beautiful than Main Street in Stanford during this time of year and nothing brings in the Christmas spirit better than the annual parade.
This year’s holiday march down Main Street was packed full of unique floats, local groups and the sidewalks were lined with eager onlookers waiting for a chance to see the man in the big red coat.
The Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce and all those involved in the planning deserve a round of applause for organizing such an enjoyable and enthusiastic event for everyone.
Once again, the annual Christmas parade and the downtown lights twinkling through the cold night have us all believing there’s simply no place quite as special as Stanford.
