Emily Wardlow, a 2016 graduate of Lincoln County High School, was the recipient of the Lincoln County Democratic Woman’s Club’s annual college scholarship.
Wardlow, who is currently attending Eastern Kentucky University, was presented the $100 cash scholarship by Lincoln County Democratic Woman’s Club treasurer Sue Jacobs during a recent club meeting.
