Cedar Creek to host Kentucky Open Bird Dog Field Trials

The Cedar Creek Sportsman’s Club will host the Kentucky Open Bird Dog Pointing Field Trial Saturday and Sunday, March 13 and 14.
Some of the top dogs from several states will be going for over $6,000 in prize money and the honor of the Kentucky Open Grand Champion for 2010. Visitors are welcome to come out and watch some of the best bird dogs from north to south.
Breakfast will be served both days from 7 to 8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Country ham will be served Saturday morning with pork loin for lunch and Sunday’s lunch will be ribeye steak.
The Sportsman’s Club is located six miles east of Stanford on U.S. 150 across the road from Cedar Creek Lake.
