Obituary: Ezra "Bill" Hall, 77

Ezra "Bill" Hall, 77, of Science Hill, died Saturday, March 6 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Born in Pulaski County, on March 4, 1933, he was a son of the late Green and Mellie Mae Patterson Hall. He was a farmer, retired from Midstate Automotive and the oldest living member of King Bee Baptist Church where he served as Sunday school superintendent and song leader. Bill professed his faith in Christ on Oct. 4, 1974.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sandy Girdler; four brothers, Herman, Herbert, Ottis and Elza Hall; and five sisters, Gertie Spaw, Ruby Irvine, Ada Wesley, Ina Warren and Lola Hall.
Survivors include his wife, Lily Faye Floyd Hall of Science Hill; one daughter, Jamey (David) Tilley of Science Hill; son-in-law, Barry (Kathy) Girdler of Somerset; one sister, Iva Dick of Science Hill; four grandchildren, Melody (Michael) Helm and Bryan (Brandy) Girdler both of Somerset and Braden and Bailey Tilley both of Science Hill; one great grandson, Collin Helm; and special friend, Elwood Blevins.
Funeral services were March 10 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in Science with Bros. Bert Hall and Gene Wells officiating. Burial was in King Bee Cemetery.
